Our teaching staff specializes in 1 on 1 personalized training for athletes of all ages and teaches time tested mechanics with proven results. Hundreds of former students have earned college scholarships and have gone on to play at collegiate, professional and olympic levels! Baseball Softball World has been owned and operated by Andy Trevino since 1994 and is proud to have served athletes from Southern California and beyond for 30 years.

Our Approach

Our professional staff utilizes a positive teaching style to teach athletes both the physical and mental aspects required for success. We break down mechanics for students to be able to understand and repeat. We also incorporate the mind / body connection that is intertwined with an athletes ability to perform. The in-depth detailed knowledge we teach prepares our students to coach themselves.

Andy Trevino
Baseball Softball World Inc President

In 1993 Andy Trevino decided to change careers and chose to follow his passion for sports. He opened Baseball Softball World in Brea and the 10,000 square foot facility with public batting cages immediately became the premier indoor baseball and softball training center in Southern California. Andy played baseball, football and basketball in high school and played second base at UCLA. Andy embarked on a career as a full-time private instructor sharing his expertise and providing first-rate instruction, along with instructional staff, to local athletes of all ages. In 2007 Andy relocated Baseball Softball World to Yorba Linda and eliminated the public cages to create a better learning environment. 2024 marks Baseball Softball World’s 30th anniversary!
